• What are the labelling criterias?

    1. The company applying for the Startup Label must verify the following 5 labelling criteria:
    2. Age: the company must be less than 8 years old since its legal incorporation.
    3. Size: the company must have less than 100 employees and less than 15 MDT (millions of dinars) of total balance sheet or annual turnover.
    4. Independence: the company's capital must be more than 2/3 owned by individuals, regulated investment organizations (investment funds, etc.) and foreign startups.
    5. Innovation: The company's business model must be innovative i.e. provide an interesting and differentiated solution to a given problem;
    6. Scalability: The company's target market must be large and homogeneous, the solution provided must be adapted to the market (solution-market fit) and the team in charge must be able to implement the project properly.
