Hassen is an experienced professional in IT Consulting. He has significant experience in IT strategy, organization and management of large transformation projects in France and Tunisia in the energy sector.
Before joining the Minister's office, Hassen was responsible for the Gas & Water sector within Talan with projects on both sides of the Mediterranean.
In parallel to his activities in Paris, Hassen contributed to the development of Talan in Tunisia through the implementation of several outsourced devices on behalf of its customers (Data Consulting, AMOA, Development...).
Hassen is a graduate of EM LYON Business School and of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Électricité et de Mécanique in Nancy.
