Investment Committee Role
The Investment Committee is involved in the investment and disinvestment decisions of the ANAVA Fund of Funds.
Operations
The Investment Committee meets as often as necessary.
It is composed of 5 members, including the Managing Director of Smart Capital and 4 independent VC/PE experts from the private sector. The term of office of the members is 4 years and decisions are adopted by unanimity minus 1 member.

Amir Ben-Gacem
Amir, a Partner at Record Digital, leads digital initiatives for Record Financial Group, with extensive experience in investment banking .
Seif Khoufi
Seif is a Managing Director at FAPI, based in London. Before joining FAPI in 2021, Seif was a Director at Wendel Group in London, a French listed family office.
