Elyes graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France and from Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris.

Khaled Ben Jilani is Senior Partner at AfricInvest, the leading Tunisian investment fund in Africa. Before joining Africinvest in 2001, Khaled was Senior Consultant on Strategy Consulting assignments at ProxiCom VA (USA). Khaled studied engineering at the Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris. He also holds an MSc from the University of Maryland - College Park (USA).

Zoubeir Tourki has been General Director of University Renovation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) since 2016. Previously, he was Director of the National Engineering School of Sousse (ENISo) from 2011 to 2016. Mr. Tourki holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Metz (France) with a Post-doctorate at the Fluminense Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil).
