If you have an evolved idea but the company is not created yet :

Register via the startup portal
Fill out the online application form
Upload related legal documents
N.B.: the application form is accessible at any time and the candidate can prepare his or her file at any time.

Submission
Submission is only done when a labeling session is open (from the 1 st to the 8th of every month)
Submission is done online via the Portal
An application fee of 100 TND is payable at the time of submission
The candidate may submit only one application every 6 months.

Reviewing
Exploration of the files: concept, business model, pitch and demo of the product
*The POC is a minimum requirement in the evaluation of the fileInnovation and scalability assessment
Voting (accepted, rejected or called to pitch)

Pre-Labeling
Any project that has obtained a minimum of 5 favorable opinions obtains the Label

Labeling
Now you have up to 6 months to create the company and obtain the label

Criteria
The company applying for the Startup Label must verify the following 5 labelling criteria:

AGE
The company must be less than 8 years old since its legal incorporation.

SIZE
The company must have less than 100 employees and less than 15M TND (millions of dinars) of total balance sheet or annual turnover.

CAPITAL INDEPENDENCE
More than 2/3 of the company's capital must be held by individuals, regulated investment organizations (investment funds, etc.) or foreign startups.

INNOVATION
The company's business model must be innovative i.e. provide an interesting and differentiated solution to a given problem.

SCALABILITY
The company's target market must be large and homogeneous, the solution provided must be adapted to the market, the product must have a minimum level of progress (POC) and the team in charge must be able to implement the project properly
