The applicant for a Startup Scholarship must meet the following requirements:

- Obtaining the Startup Label by the company in which he is founder and shareholder,

- Have not received a Startup grant in the three (03) years following the date of application,

- Submit an application via the Startup electronic portal within one (01) month from the date of obtaining the Startup label without however exceeding one (01) year from the date of the company's incorporation,

- Commit to be employed full time within the said Startup.

- No more than three (03) founder-shareholders and full-time employees of the concerned Startup may benefit from the Startup Grant.
