Nader Bhouri

Bio: Nader Bhouri is Chargé de Mission to the Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy in charge of Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
Nader is an experienced professional in IT, digital transformation and innovation and is an entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience.
Nader has extensive experience in strategy consulting, organization and digital transformation of companies in Europe, USA and the MENA region with Accenture, Talan, etc.
In 2009 he founded Youvas, a company providing innovative and disruptive IT solutions and digital services on cell phones.
From 2013, he supports the investment fund INGENIUM in the selection and support of innovative Startups from Tunisia.
Nader is a graduate engineer from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées de Grenoble (ENSIMAG).

Zoubeir Tourki

Bio: Zoubeir Tourki has been Director General of University Renovation at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MESRS) since 2016.
Previously, Mr. Tourki was Director of the National Engineering School of Sousse (ENISo) from 2011 to 2016.
In this role, Mr. Tourki contributed significantly to the development of ENISo and positioned it firmly in the niche of Startups. His efforts combined with those of the Technopôle de Sousse and the community have contributed to making Sousse the 2nd city of Startups in the country.
Mr. Tourki is a Professor in Mechanical Engineering. He has taught at the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences et Techniques de Tunis, the Technical College of Montreal (Canada), the Ecole Centrale de Marseille (France), the University of Metz (France), etc.
Mr. Tourki holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Metz (France) with a Post-doc' at the Fluminense University of Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). He has several publications in renowned international journals.

Amel Saidane

Bio: Amel is an entrepreneur, ecosystem designer and expert in digital transformation.
She is co-founder of WeeStart, a pioneering Startup Studio with Weevio (e.g. Oxia).
She also launched in 2015 the Tunisian chapter of the Swiss Accelerator for Startups Seedstars.
Amel is the president of Tunisian Startups, the association of Tunisian Startups working for the development of the ecosystem.
She is Tunisia's ambassador for Digital Arabia Network, a platform supporting digital transformation in the Arab world.
She is also a member of the BMW Responsible Leaders network.
Previously, Amel held various management, marketing & sales positions for some of the largest multinationals (Microsoft, Siemens, Nokia, etc.).
Amel holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Leibniz University of Hannover (Germany).
She also holds an MSc in digital economics from the University of Maryland (USA).

Ali Mnif

Bio: A graduate of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (IHEC) of Carthage (Class of 2010), Ali Mnif is a figurehead of the startup ecosystem in Tunisia since 2011.
Since 2012, he has managed the Maghreb Startup Initiative, the first major competition dedicated to Startups in Tunisia.
He also helped implement the Univenture initiative dedicated to the detection and support of technological spin-offs from the world of scientific research in universities. In 2014, Ali designs and implements, with his co-founders, Le 15, a third location dedicated to Startups in downtown Tunis where he leads the regional program FLat6Labs to set up its Tunisian chapter.
Ali is now Country Manager of Silatech, a pan-Arab initiative for the promotion of youth, job creation and entrepreneurship in the Arab world.
He is also co-director of Founder Institute Tunisia, the Tunisian chapter of the Californian Idea-Stage Accelerator.
Finally, Ali is also one of the 5 members of the Task-Force mandated by SEM. the Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy to design and implement the Startup Act and the Startup Tunisia initiative.

Mohamed Salah Frad

Bio: Mohamed Salah Frad is the Managing Director of United Gulf Financial Services - North Africa (UGFS NA), a portfolio management company which is the most active to date in the financing of Startups in Tunisia.
Indeed, UGFS NA manages funds dedicated to early stage Startups such as Capitalease with WikiStartup and Carthage Business Angels and the IntilaQ for Growth fund with QFF, Ooredoo and Microsoft.
Mohamed Salah has a long experience in corporate finance, asset management, financial restructuring and valuation.
Prior to joining the Kipco Group in 2008, he held the position of Research Director at MAC SA and led, as head of the research department, the IPO of 6 companies.
Mohamed Salah holds an International Certificate of Investment Analyst (CIIA) and an Executive MBA and is a graduate of the Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (IHEC) of Carthage.
Mohamed Salah is a member of the ATAF (Tunisian Association of Financial Analysis) and has been President of the Tunisian Association of Capital Investors (ATIC) since August 2017.

Mohamed Ali Kilani

Bio: Mohamed Ali Kilani is a Serial Entrepreneur and Technologist from Silicon Valley (USA). Today, Dali is CTO of Lifen, a HealthTech startup launched with one of the founders of Criteo (1st Unicorn startup in France). Dali has been an executive and co-founder of several startups in the US, Europe and the Middle East. He was CTO of Zynga in San Francisco (USA) and developed the first successful game on facebook in 2009 (Farmville).
Dali joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in 2017 to help the US firm develop its Global Prototyping and Operational Development Unit. Dali started his career in multinational technology companies in Silicon Valley (USA) at, among others, nVidia, eBay, Panologic, etc.
Dali is an active business angel and mentor of several startups in the US, Europe and Africa. Dali is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique in France (Class of 1998). He also holds an MSc from Stanford University (California - USA)

Khaled Ben Jilani

Khaled Ben Jilani is Senior Partner at AfricInvest, the leading Tunisian investment fund in Africa.
Within AfricInvest, Khaled has led more than 30 investments in North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa.
He is in charge of various activities including the Innovation, Financial Services and Fund-Raising practices.
Before joining TunInvest in 2001 (now AfricInvest), Khaled was Senior Consultant on Strategy Consulting assignments at ProxiCom VA (USA). Khaled started his career as an analyst at Barclays Bank in Paris (France).
Khaled is also very active in the community of entrepreneurs and Startups in Tunisia. He is a jury and mentor in several programs and competitions addressed to Startups in Tunisia and the region.
Khaled studied engineering at the Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris (Class of 1997). He also holds an MSc from the University of Maryland - College Park (USA).
Finally, Khaled is one of the 5 members of the Task-Force mandated by SEM. the Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy to design and implement the Startup Act and the Startup Tunisia initiative.

Elyes Jeribi

Elyes Jeribi is the General Manager of Jumia for its activity in Tunisia and Algeria.

Jumia is the 1st African Unicorn and the leader of e-commerce in Africa, especially in Tunisia.

Previously, Elyes was Executive Director of Smart Tunisia (the national program for the development of Tunisia as an offshore destination for international technology companies) and Chargé de Mission to the Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy.

Prior to that, Elyes co-founded a startup (Linkao) between Tunis and Paris that he managed from 2012 to 2015.

From 2011 to 2012, Elyes was Advisor to the Minister of Transport and Equipment in Tunisia.

Elyes started his career as a Consultant at McKinsey in Paris (France), the world's leading strategy consulting firm, including assignments for the Tunisian government.

Elyes graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in France (Promo' 2003) and from Ecole Nationale des Mines de Paris.
